Amenities

Gates & Boards

Located in the lower level of the clubhouse, our on-site pro-shop provides members and guests with access to equipment and services they need.

Our pro-shop is fully stocked with ski and snowboard accessories for purchase and rental. The friendly staff are available to help with tune-ups and waxing or provide product and rental gear assistance.

Child Mind Services

Sometimes a day at the hill is just too long for the little ones. To give families flexibility, we offer childmind services for children aged 1 to 5 years old. While at Childmind, children will enjoy our newly renovated children’s area, are supervised by our topnotch team and enjoy a variety of activities such as special theme days, arts and craft projects and organized outdoor fun.  Best of all, it’s all done in a safe and fun environment, so parents can ski freely and have peace of mind.

Snowshoeing

The Heights Ski & Country Club backs on to the Copeland Forest which has 4,400 acres of terrain.  The combination of continuous snowfall and stunning Copeland Forest in our backyard makes The Heights Ski & Country Club arguably the largest and best unimpeded snowshoeing of any private ski club in Ontario.

With kilometers of snowshoeing trails, you can get out and enjoy the outdoors on terrain that will satisfy the mild to extreme exercise enthusiast. And for many, it may be just to get out and enjoy a leisurely snowshoe while enjoying the magnificent scenery.

Restaurant & Bar

The Heights Ski and Country Club offers a large post and beam banquet facility with capacities of over 250 people for private functions, weddings, fundraisers, social events, corporate meetings, tradeshows, etc. The room comes fully furnished with tables and chairs set out to the hosts designated floor plan. Located beside the large Great Room is a pub area that consists of the original clubhouse structure from 1969. The wood cabin feel along with it’s large bar and cozy back room fireplace lend itself perfectly to small family functions, rehearsal dinners, and public dining nights. Finally, through a set of doors from the pub is where our patio is located. The patio offers wide views of our ski hills and the rolling mounds of wild grass that go back onto the property. While people dine al fresco they can enjoy service from an outside bar area, relaxing in the gazebo or snuggling up by the outdoor firepit.
